I was determined to outfit my boys because they both have grown SO MUCH over the last few months and we are finding it nearly impossible to keep up.
So with my $100 gift card in hand we headed off shopping with the boys. There were tons of great choices as far as shirts went. Both of my boys could have easily come home with dozens and dozens of shirts and hoodies and been perfectly happy.
We had a much harder time finding pants though. Apparently everyone in my town is the exact same size as my boys because there were tons of jeans in the sizes both above and below but we only found a few pairs of jeans in what we were looking for. Fortunately we only needed a couple pairs for Owen.
We also found a few pairs of "soft" pants for Aiden since he won't wear a lot of clothes with hard seams etc.. Walmart has actually always been really good for finding affordable clothing that Aiden will wear- even with his Autism sensory issues.
After shopping for awhile the boys finally settled on 3 outfits each. Aiden chose more expensive t-shirts so Owen was even able to choose a hoodie along with his 3 $4 shirts.
All of our purchases came to a total of $95.55 with tax.
Disclosure: I received a $100 Walmart Gift Card to take part in the #WalmartFrugalHeroes Challenge. The opinions are my own.
