As a parent we have to make a lot of purchases for our
families and for many years I have used online reviews as a method of helping
me make the best choices. For a long time I would take any review I read at
face value but then I began to discover that not all reviews were created equal
and that worse- some reviews were flat out lies!
That is one of the main reasons why I love PTPA. I know I
can trust the PTPA Seal. It is not based on one person’s opinion, which may or
may not be biased.
When parents see the PTPA Seal on a product or service they
can be confident that it has been tested and approved by a whole group of
parent testers. They can also read the testimonials from those very same parent
testers to help them make a truly well-informed decision before they make their
purchase.
PTPA also offers the opportunity for parents to become
parent testers themselves! I have been a PTPA tester for a couple years now and
I love that I am encouraged to give my honest opinion on each product I
try. Our feedback is actually shared
with the companies themselves. This is a great way for parents to have a voice
about the products we have in our homes. PTPA parent testers have a say about
which products and services receive the PTPA Seal and are actually making a
difference in how the products are created for their families by giving their
feedback to the actual companies.
If you sign up to become a PTPA parent tester you may get to
try some really great products out! PTPA sends out thousands of products for
free each year and they often choose families in need for items like strollers
etc. which just shows what a great company they are.
I would encourage you all to check out the PTPA parent
community. There is an amazing group of parents who connect and support each
other and we are always happy to welcome more members!
