Did you know that 1% of Canadians have Celiac disease? Did you also know that Lay's Potato Chips were the first product to be certified gluten free with the Canadian Celiac Association?
You may not have known this- I know I sure didn't- but the majority of Lay's potato chip flavours have always been Gluten free!
I was sent a whole bunch of their gluten-free flavours to try out and I brought them on our camping trip this past weekend. We were there with a bunch of friends from our church and when I told them about Lay's being gluten free none of them knew either so I am guessing it is not a widely known fact.

We happily ate our way through the Cheddar & Sour Cream, Dill Pickle, Lightly Salted, Salt & Vinegar, Classic, Ketchup & Original Lay's chips with our friends this weekend. The perfect weekend camping food and everyone was able to eat them. They tasted delicious and honestly none of us were able to tell the difference between gluten free and with gluten.
