Thursday Thirteen: what the snow left behind...

Pin It Here is just a sampling of the bizarre things I found in our yard once the snow had all melted.

1. A plastic chicken leg...

2. Random pieces of wood...

3. Several bubble wands...

4. Various partially deflated balls...

5. I especially liked this deflated purple baseball

6. Deflated birthday balloon...

7. Bits of gross plastic...

8. strange pieces of unidentifiable garbage...

9. the lids to one of our storage containers... which explains why I couldn't find it...

10. the lid to one of the boys' plastic toy boxes... which I can only assumed they used as a makeshift sled or fortress wall at some point but failed to bring inside...

 11. something looking suspiciously like toilet paper but that I refuse to believe is actually toilet paper because that is just wrong...

12. brightly coloured twist ties...

13. And my favourite find... and old rusted out cookie sheet that has never belonged to me or anyone in my household...

It's like a treasure hunt... except without any actual treasure :).

Happy Thursday 13

LOL, I'd be afraid to look in my yard! And yeah, I'm sure dog poo tops the list!

Oh my gosh, this cracked me up! Now I'm afraid to venture into my backyard and see what might be lurking out there. LOL

We found a set of work gloves that weren't ours!

Oh gee, what a creative post. Stuff blows into our yard all the time since we're "low ground" so it doesn't take snow melting to find unusual things. I like the bubble blower.
