Earlier this year I did a review for Wear Your Music. I absolutely love the concept of this company. Wear Your Music takes the old used guitar strings of great musicians ( Eric Clapton, Ziggy Marley, John Mayer, Santana, Peter Frampton, to name a few) and makes them into cool bracelets that allow fans to wear a piece of rock history on their wrists! They also make Fashion bracelets from non-famous strings too :)
I think these bracelets are a very cool gift idea to give to the music fan in your life.
In addition to recycling the strings that these musicians would normally throw away, WYM also uses 100% recycled silver for the beautiful engraved clasp on the bracelet. Each bracelet is packaged in a completely recycled DVD case and comes with a certificate of authenticity. A portion of proceeds goes back to each musician’s charity of choice, many of which are environmental non-profits. www.wearyourmusic.org .

I work at a performing arts high school and this would be an awesome donation for the silent auction fundraiser we do in the spring!!
