As most of you know our family was hit pretty hard with H1N1 a few weeks ago. It sucked. I definitely do NOT recommend it!The Ministry of Health has an influenza assessment tool that can help Moms determine if their child needs medical care. When we were all sick we stayed home. The boys missed a full week of school. But we knew it was important not only to help US recover but to keep from spreading the nastiness around. Please- if you are sick STAY HOME!!
We also wash our hands like crazy and use hand sanitizer. My boys have learned to cough into their upper sleeves instead of all over whoever is in front of them! If you are trying to avoid the flu this year than I definitely recommend doing the same.
We can all be better prepared when reliable information is available to us!
