We LOVE Hot Wheels in our house! My boys have been given dozens of Hot Wheels cars over the years and they have always been a big hit. So when I was approached to do a review of the Hot Wheels Battle Force 5 cars I was absolutely thrilled!
When the box arrived my kids were SO excited and they tore into it right away.
The boys were ecstatic with their super cool Battle Force 5 cars.
They were especially excited about the "guys" (action figures) that come with the cars.
The boys have spent hours playing with their cars. They have raced them all over our house, they have been dropped and abused but they have stayed intact! I was very impressed with how well they are made. I hate it when we get a brand new toy and it breaks on the first day. But the Battle Force 5 cars are still going strong.
The boys are eagerly awaiting the Battle Force 5 cartoon to start (Sunday September 13th on TELETOON®) and have already spent time "researching" the characters and discussing just how cool they are :). The Battle Force 5 website offers fun games and character bios and if you live in the USA you can even watch full episodes of the show (sadly this feature is not available to us Canadians).
Aiden loved the poster showing all the cars and has enjoyed studying it and informing me which cars he wants... he was most distressed when I reminded him that Christmas is still a few months away!
We have been extremely pleased with these toys. They have provided hours of entertainment for my kids!

My brother had a tonne of hotwheels as a kid so we played with them regularly (particularly when we'd gotten into trouble and got sent to our rooms and weren't allowed back downstairs until we apologized to our mother - we'd start playing instead...our poor mom). My boys would totally love this...and that's who would get it if we won.
I used to play with my cousin, Jeff's, Hot Wheels cars when I was a kid. We used to make big race tracks out in the dirt for them and mud pits. We love them.
These would be gifts for my 3 boys who absolutely love playing with Hot Wheels and doing the same types of things I used to do with them when I was a kid!

I'm a huge fan of the new Battle Force 5 series. I was given a behind the scenes introduction to the series at the Hot Wheels Design Center in El Segundo. Glad to hear the new line of toys are durable and fun for kids.
We didnt really have any Hot Wheels toys around when I was a kid. My 5 year old son loves Hot Wheels and would be thrilled to win this prize pack.
