Fisher Price TRIO review

My sons absolutely adore building toys but my younger son (age 5) sometimes has difficulty with smaller pieces and gets frustrated when he can't get things to work they way he wants them to. We were sent a TRIO Basic Building Set and all three of my children (7, 5, 2) were super excited to try it out.

The Basic Building Set : Easy building for 3 - 5 years

Both boys have had a LOT of fun with TRIO. Owen (5 year old) has no trouble building with TRIO which means all fun and no frustration for him! They have spent hours playing with TRIO since it arrived a couple weeks ago. They have built everything from buildings to dinosaurs and even a gun or two (of course).

Aiden (age 7 and our resident engineer) has spent hours making every single design from the instruction booklet... we have not had to help at all! He was able to follow the simple instructions no problem all on his own.

TRIO is very easy to use- even my 2 year old daughter Olivia was able to have fun playing and building with TRIO. The bricks make a clicking sound when they snap together and are easy to pull apart as well.



TRIO is incredibly sturdy and no matter how many times it was dropped or stepped on it stayed perfectly intact.
