Weekly Winners

Here is my daughter watching her brothers leave for school. She really wanted to go with them and thought her crocs would be ideal footwear in -30 degree weather and snow covered ground. Unfortunately I didn't agree :)
I was given a lovely pot of tulips this week and they just remind me that spring WILL come eventually!
I absolutely adore tulips.
For now I have to be content keeping my spring tulips inside ... since they would freeze immediately if I put them outside in the snow!
They look so different depending on the light too...
Exact same plant, totally different look!

My favorite is first tulip with two of them. I am ready for spring also.
I can't wait for spring too. Lovely shots. The purple tulips were my favorite ones.

I love tulips, too! They're one of my favorites to photograph. I LOVE the color of them against your wall!
We moved into our house too late to plant tulips, but next year, I'm definitely planting some! Love the pictures!
