Worstest

Wanna know what I've been hearing A LOT of lately?

"THIS IS THE WORSTEST DAY EVER!!!" Yelled loudly by Aiden as he stomps down the hall to his room.

Ya. Apparently we live to make his life miserable.

Good to know.

Don't forget to go HERE to enter to win a $50 gift certificate to Good for the Kids on-line store. You can enter once per day until Saturday, October 4.

My girls both went through that phase, my 7 year old will still say things similar at times. It is a bit frustrating from an adult point of view because you know that you are trying so hard.

Didn't you know? That's what mothers are supposed to do. We went through 9 months of pregnancy where our bodies were stretched beyond all recognition without any real hope of going back to the way they were. Hours of what they call labor, but should really be called hell. Months, if not years, without real sleep. Poopy diapers, puke, loss of self, no more free time. All this, not because we love them and want the best for them. Nope...it was to make their existence unbearable. That's our job. If they only knew how miserable we could really make them...

when my kids say your being mean, I ususally say "then I am doing my Job!" unfortunatly we can't make them happy all the time!

LOL! It's VERY HARD being s kid these days. Us moms don't understand the pressure they are under! With the playing! And being waited upon!
I'm actually aiming to create that for my toddler today. HE's woken up every night for 2 weeks and no punishment phases him. I've taken away juice, tv, games, play dates...tonight I'll try taking his bike away. He doesn't respond to spanking or time outs, he's much too smart for me to be cunning. I just have to find the best way to make him miserable enough to listen to what we're telling him. Stay In Bed!

My nephew is going to turn 13 in a couple of weeks. He thinks no one at school likes him. Makes me feel sad each time I hear him say it. Of course it isn't true, just how he is seeing things.
