Seriously.
I got 5 packages in the mail today. FIVE!!!!
I am fairly certain they just save them up in some back room somewhere just to make me wait.
Either that or God knew I was going to be sick today and thought I could use a nice pick me up.
So here are all the wonderful books I got today!
Truffles by the Sea by Julie Carobini with a box of truffles included!
and My Soul to Keep by Melanie Wells from Diane ....
Thanks so much ladies for the lovely mail!

You know what is crazy? We got 5 packages in the mail today too...what?!?! But I won't complain...it's so fun to get mail - especially packages. :) I hope you're feeling better soon...and thanks for entering my contest too - good luck! Btw...I'm an imperfect pastor's wife too, and it's great to connect with other pastors wives sometimes...I really liked your blog too! :)
Okay...and I just noticed you're from SK too...me too! Weird. :)
If someone's going to play tricks, those are the kind of tricks I can deal with! :D
I'm with Caroline on that one! lol It's a good trick.
But boy are y'all's postal system slow! I guess it's because mine was mail coming from the states to you. Did it have to go through customs?
Hey, when it comes to the P.O., anything can happen:-) I'm just glad they didn't join the dead package unit...and never show up:-)
Prayin' you feel better....
That is a nice surprise...especially when you're not feeling well. Hoping and praying that you all get better soon!
Tara...what an absolutely amazing surprise, especially since you are not feeling well! Get better soon...break open the truffles, crack open your books, and enjoy yourself a bit.
You're so welcome! How fun that you've got so much to read when your sick (although come to think of it, you're a mom, so exactly when do you have time to read?)
Here's hoping today finds you feeling better.
Aack! I had meant to come by sooner!
I think that packages clog themselves up -- either intentionally or not -- in the mail system and then something burps and blammo. There we are, deluged with mail.
I am expecting one, myself, as my box has been empty for days now. Uh-oh...
Happy reading!
